Payment for services rendered by My Logo Mat will be paid in full upon order submission – verbal or electronically. Based on both service and product process, My Logo Mat holds the right to process payment immediately upon order receipt. By submitting your order either verbally or electronically, you agree to consent to these conditions. By submitting your order, you acknowledge the general time frame of three weeks for production, after artwork approval. You also acknowledge delays may occur for any extended period of time. My Logo Mat will make all attempts to fulfill your order complete, in a timely manner. My Logo Mat can not and will not ever, under any circumstances, promise delivery by, or somehow guarantee, delivery of services rendered by a certain date.
We are committed to your 100% satisfaction on product and service. Should any issues arise with your order, every attempt will be made to satisfy your needs. Should you require a refund prior to any internal process having been performed, a refund less 8% of total processed amount will be returned electronically or via check. If artwork service has been performed, a refund less your artwork set-up fee ($60 per order, including packaged promotional offers) is possible. After your written artwork approval, no refund is possible as the service has been rendered and production has started on these made-to-order products. Please note clients are responsible for all spelling/grammar mistakes on their products, once they have approved said artwork for production. Once approved for production, artwork updates or changes are not possible. Any issue with production should be noted within 30 DAYS of product delivery. We cannot re-produce or review issues with orders delivered after 30 days.
My Logo Mat will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. My Logo Mat will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if there is negligence of My Logo Mat. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you to the extent that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. My Logo Mat total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise) will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site.
The purchaser is responsible for the product shipment once it has left our office. Orders stolen from a business or home after delivery are not the responsibility of My Logo Mat. The purchaser assumes the responsibilty of supplying an address that is safe from theft. Our shipments do not require a signature; however, one may be requested for no additional charge.
Material from mylogomat.com and any other site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by My Logo Mat or any of its related, affiliated, or subsidiary companies may not be copied or distributed, or republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, without the prior written consent of My Logo Mat. EXCEPTION: You may promote this website and its content via Email, website link, printed material and other, provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. The material in this site is provided for lawful purposes only. All external promotion must include reference to ownership by My Logo Mat.
All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to My Logo Mat, either verbally or through this site, via Email or via other means, (together, the “submission”) will forever be the property of My Logo Mat. My Logo Mat will not be required to treat any submission as confidential, and will not be liable for any ideas for its business (including without limitation, product, or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future My Logo Mat operations. My Logo Mat or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by destroying: (a) all materials obtained from all My Logo Mat sites, and (b) all related documentation and all copies and installations(together, the “Materials”). My Logo Mat may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. MOBILE MESSAGE SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The My Logo Mat mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by My Logo Mat (“My Logo Mat”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to My Logo Mat’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of My Logo Mat through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with My Logo Mat. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18776428936 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other My Logo Mat mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
