How do I clean this mat?

To clean, use a detergent with a neutral pH and rinse thoroughly with a hose. Allow the mats to dry by laying them flat or hanging them.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Our products will be shipped within 5 business days following artwork approval via FedEx Ground from Georgia. Delivery times vary based on your location. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that all delivery dates and times are estimates.

What are the text requirements?

Minimum Text Height: 1/4" for (includes lowercase text)

Minimum Line Thickness: 1/16"

These text requirements are for general use; however, special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case-by-case basis.

Why can't white be used as a background color?

White is prone to discolor and cannot be used as the background or any part of the imprint area. The product's color palette offers three light colors to use in place of White: F5, N9 and N10. The background color of the imprint area should not be set to these light colors. It is difficult to keep the logo clean through the manufacturing process.

How are these printed?

ToughPop™ Custom Heavy Duty Floor Mats are rubber mats that feature a digital imprint. A digital imprint allows for much more detail; and bright, vivid colors can be easily achieved.

How quickly do items ship?

Our products ship within 5 business days of artwork approval.

What is the imprint area?

Mat Size: 2' x 3' (22" x 34") – Imprint Area: 21" x 33"

Mat Size: 3' x 4' (34" x 46") – Imprint Area: 33" x 45"

Mat Size: 3' x 5' (34" x 58") – Imprint Area: 33" x 57"

Mat Size: 4' x 6' (46" x 69") – Imprint Area: 45" x 68"

Can you PMS color match?

We will do our best to match a PMS color, however, color matching can be extremely challenging. Although we can get close, color is never an exact science and variations will occur. An exact color match is vulnerable to many factors, including the fact that we use a hot press to combine the rubber surface and cushion backing. Heat from the press often causes the color to lighten. Typically, we can get close to most PMS colors, but the final color may be a few shades off. For the PMS color to be as close as possible, we require additional time to create the proof sketch.

PMS colors can be matched for an additional one-time fee of $750 per PMS color. A maximum of 4 PMS colors may be matched in any given design.

Are solid color designs avaliable?

Solid color designs are not available and cannot be produced. The print area must be comprised of text and/or logo.

STEP 1  |  CHOOSE YOUR MAT   Select your quantity and add-on options in the product builder. Upload your logo or artwork file to the upload bar and you're good to go. From there you can proceed through the checkout process.

STEP 2  |  UPLOAD & APPROVE    Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof and can confirm your artwork for production.

STEP 3  |  FAST SHIPPING    After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 5 business days. Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
